The 12th was our last day in Sydney for the first part of the trip. It was still raining, so we took the morning to work on thesis. We were also able to find the NFL games on Australian TV. That afternoon, we took a trip to the Sydney aquarium, which was super cool. There were a lot of fish and other sea life that I have never seen before. It was definitely worth the trip, and very informational.

The 13th was our travel day to Melbourne. The flight was super easy, but it was pretty hot waiting to take off. Once we got to Melbourne, we took an hour or so to settle down in our hotel before heading to the Melbourne Cricket Grounds to catch a Melbourne Stars game. It was a huge stadium, and cricket was a surprisingly fun game to watch, and although it took a while, easy to follow.

The 14th was another long thesis day, which was perfect as it gave me a chance to put some good work into my model. I am working through a lot of the issues I have had with Revit, which feels pretty good. At dinner time we walked across the street to the Melbourne Summer Market, which was really cool. There are a bunch of food stalls and shops, with thousands of people walking around listnening to the live music and enjoying the warm weather.
