Today was our last full day in Brisbane, and it definitely didn’t start the way I had planned. We were supposed to go on a walk in the morning, but unfortunately my bag got left behind in Cairns, so I had to stay back at the hotel and wait for it to be delivered. It was a bit frustrating missing out, especially since it was one of our last chances to explore the city as a group.
That being said, it was still a relief when my bag finally showed up, and everything made it back safely. After that, I was able to regroup and still enjoy the rest of the day. It’s one of those situations that you can’t really control, and it just becomes part of the overall experience of traveling.
Even with the rough start, it was nice to take in our last full day in Brisbane and reflect on everything we’ve done so far on this trip. It’s been a great experience overall, and moments like this just add to the story.
