Day 27 (2/3/2026)

Today was mostly a travel day, but it was still a nice transition into the next part of the trip. We left Melbourne very early in the morning, which was a little rough, but the flight itself ended up being super easy and went by quickly. Everything ran smoothly, and before we knew it we were landing and heading toward our hotel. The drive from the airport was also straightforward, which made the whole travel process feel a lot less stressful than expected.

Once we got settled, the day stayed pretty low key. We did not have any major activities planned, so it was a good chance to rest, unpack, and catch our breath after a busy stretch of travel and site visits. Sometimes it is nice to have a slower day to reset, especially after early mornings and packed schedules.

Later in the evening, everyone got together for a big group dinner. It was a lot of fun and a great way to reconnect after traveling. There was plenty of food, conversation, and laughs, and it felt good to relax and enjoy everyone’s company. Even though we did not do much sightseeing today, it was still a solid day and a nice way to ease into the next stop of the trip.
